Amar Singh quits his positions in Samajwadi Party

Amar Singh has quit all the party positions he was responsible for in the Samajwadi Party including the General Secretary post of SP. The news came in today while Amar Singh was in Dubai. He has quoted that took this step due to his health conditions and was feeling a need of spending more time with his family.

There are speculations in the Indian Political circles, especially in the Uttar Pradesh politics about this step by former General Secretary and the right hand of Mulayam Singh Yadav. There were some differences between Amar Singh and other SP party senior members since the last Loksabha elections.

Political analyst are keen to see the next move by Amar Singh as he is known for his political strategies. There were cases when Amar Singh played crucial roles in the functioning and survival of the governments both at state and at center too.

Amar Singh has denied differences with SP chief Mulayam Singh and according to news reports he did mention that he will not speak a word against SP party Chief.
